Team Manager Sales for PL, CZ & SK Markets (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for outcomes while combining a strategic perspective with a willingness to get involved in the details when needed. You can move comfortably between strategy and execution, from defining the direction of the business to getting involved in a customer opportunity, reviewing the pipeline, solving a partner issue, or improving a process. You are hands-on, commercially minded, decisive, and results-oriented, and you encourage the same level of accountability and initiative within your team. You are also a self-directed learner. You actively seek knowledge, stay curious about new technologies and market developments, and continuously look for ways to expand your capabilities and apply what you learn to the business.

• Own the business performance and sales strategy across PL, CZ, and SK
• Lead, develop, and hold the sales team accountable for results
• Define market priorities, targets, KPIs, and execution plans
• Drive revenue growth across B2B, SMB, and enterprise segments
• Develop strategic relationships with distributors, resellers, and key customers
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, sales performance, and operational execution
• Identify business opportunities and turn them into concrete actions
• Continuously improve sales processes, team effectiveness, and ways of working
• Take ownership of critical issues and drive them to resolution
• Report business performance, opportunities, and risks to senior management

• Proven experience in B2B sales management and business leadership, ideally in IT or technology
• Demonstrated ability to own and grow a business, market, or sales organization
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on and operational approach
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong commercial and channel management skills
• Excellent decision-making, planning, forecasting, and analytical abilities
• Strong self-learning ability and genuine curiosity
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities, seek information, and take action without waiting for direction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English plus Polish, Czech, or Slovak
• Willingness to travel within the region
